Mr Meyer frequently assists clients who wish to start up new businesses or to bring existing businesses to British Columbia, including advice on capitalization, shareholder agreements and asset and share purchase arrangements. Since 1994 Mr. Meyer has been acting as the Honourary Consul for the Republic of South Africa in British Columbia and the Yukon. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Rhodes University in Grahamstown South Africa and his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario (1973). Mr Meyer was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1974. He is a member of the Canadian and British Columbia Bar Associations and a member of the Canadian Friends of South Africa.
