My practice focuses on litigation work and includes, amongst other things, complex commercial disputes, real property litigation, construction litigation, disciplinary hearings, corporate/shareholder/partnership disputes, injunctive relief and insurance matters. I try to balance quality and cost-effective service in an effort to resolve my clients disputes through practical and creative means.
Prior to moving to Vancouver I practiced in New Zealand for eight years with a particular focus on corporate litigation, professional indemnity/liability claims, construction and real property disputes.
I have appeared at both trial and appellate level in New Zealand, British Columbia and Alberta and also have considerable alternative dispute resolution experience in the areas of arbitration and mediation.
