I have extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial legal issues including leasing issues for local and national tenants, representing either lenders or borrowers in secured lending transactions, assisting purchasers, sellers, lenders and developers in real estate transactions, and acting for clients in purchases or sales of businesses, corporate re-organizations and other commercial and corporate matters. I have a broad range of clients. They vary in size from national corporations to individual proprietors. I also have an expanding practice in the wills and estates area. I work closely with my clients, who I believe value my practical and strategic advice on matters large and small.
