The resolution of disputes which arise in the commercial context requires creative solutions, keeping in mind the costs and benefits to the client of litigation or alternate dispute resolution. Most cases are settled and this requires a thorough understanding on the part of the participants of the factors that both favour and militate against their position. We assemble the best team for any individual dispute to ensure that the work is done efficiently and cost-effectively. This team approach allows for superior client service and results.
